Magnetic First Writing

The read and write letters are perfect for children that are just starting their educational journey. Matching letters with pictures is a great way to learn the alphabet. Furthermore, mistakes can be corrected instantly with the dry-wipe pen and  double-sided magnetic board. So, this will encourage children to try again. The set also includes 30 double-sided letter/word and picture magnetic pieces. Do they recognise all of the letters? Can they match the right letter with the picture?

This educational resource is suitable from age 3-5 years.

Galt Learn to Read

The set includes 15 cards with reading exercises. As well as 90 colourful letter blocks. Altogether providing 90 exercises at 3 different levels! Furthermore, the game is self-corrective because of the special backs of the letter blocks. The blocks will only fit if it is right! So, if it doesn’t fit, you will need to try again!

Start with level 1. Look at the picture and the word below it. The colour on the blocks next to the picture help indicate which row you need to look to for the letter. Create the word using the letter blocks.

Level 2 is a bit more challenging as there is a missing letter in the word below the picture. Allowing children to practice spelling words.

At Level 3, children will need to look at the picture and spell and sound out the entire word.

Furthermore, you can remove the exercise card and use the yellow playing field to spell our words by yourself. The grooves ensure the letters align.

Everything can be neatly stored in the suitcase, keeping all the pieces safe and making it ideal for to taking it along with you on your travels and days out.

Sight Word Bingo

Sight Word Bingo is a fun way for young learners to develop literacy skills and strengthen use of sight words! This easy-to-play activity is perfect for reinforcing what children have been learning during lessons – ideal for family fun at home or as an end of lesson activity!

There are 2 ways to play. Firstly by recognising single sight words. Secondly by reading sight words with descriptions. The word list aligns with Phases two and three of the government Letters & Sounds phonics framework. ‘Tricky’ words are highlighted for easy identification to remind children that they can’t sound out these words phonetically.

The game box includes: a spinner, four caption cards , four game cards, 36 disks and instructions.

Young learners will have fun while racing to be the first to cover a complete row on their game cards. For 2 – 4 players. Recommended for age 5-9 years.
