Goula Memo Lotto Game
This beautiful wooden game is sure to be a hit with younger children. There are two games which can be played using the wooden tiles.
For the Lotto game there are four wooden game boards with six colourful, simple, pictures recognisable by young children. Mix the tiles up, face-down on the table or in the cotton bag (included). Each child has a game board (or two boards each if only two playing) and takes it in turn to pick a tile. If they have that picture on their board(s) they put the tile over the corresponding image, and pick another tile. Continue until the pick a tile which does not match their board. That tile is returned to the bag/table and it is the next player’s turn. The first player to cover all the images on their board is the winner.
The second game is Memo, a memory game. The game-boards are not used for this game. The tiles are placed, face-down, on the table and players take it in turns to turn over two tiles. If they match they keep that pair and turn another two over, continuing until the two tiles turned over do not match. These tiles are turned face-down and it is the next player’s turn. The player with the most pairs when all tiles have been turned over is the winner.
